Wayne Helliwell Jr. and Bruce Bernhardt have made the decision not to chase the Castrol Serie Canadian Tour in 2013. Recent medical complications have derailed the Teams original plan to compete for both American and Canadian Tour championships. Round #4 of the American Canadian Tour rolled in the Champlain Valley of upstate New York and the Airborne Speedway. Wayne Helliwell Jr. looked to continue his winning ways at the Plattsburgh, NY track that earned him the 2012 ACT Championship.
